1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, registering for a course, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.


2. About Edulogy

Edulogy is a professional IT and digital marketing training institute based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan. We offer practical, hands-on courses in Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, Web Development, UI UX Design, Ecommerce, and related fields.

3. Course Enrollment

3.1 Eligibility

Our courses are open to all individuals who are at least 16 years of age. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Enrollment Process

Enrollment is confirmed only after:

  • Submission of the registration form
  • Payment of the course fee (full or as per the agreed installment plan)
  • Confirmation from the Edulogy team

3.3 Batch Allocation

Edulogy reserves the right to allocate students to available batches based on seat availability, timing preferences, and course schedule. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred timing.

3.4 Course Changes

Edulogy reserves the right to update, modify, or change course content, duration, schedule, or instructors at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students in advance.


4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Course Fees

All course fees are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. The fee applicable at the time of enrollment confirmation will be the final fee for that batch.

4.2 Payment

Full payment or the first installment (if applicable) is required at the time of enrollment to confirm your seat. Seats are not reserved without payment.

4.3 Installment Plans

Edulogy may offer installment payment options for select courses. Installment details, amounts, and due dates will be communicated at the time of enrollment. Failure to pay installments on time may result in suspension from classes.

4.4 Fee Revisions

Edulogy reserves the right to revise course fees at any time. Existing enrolled students will not be affected by fee changes during their current batch.


5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests made before the course starts — Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • Refund requests made within the first 3 days of the course — 50% refund
  • Refund requests made after 3 days of the course start — No refund will be issued

5.2 Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Student fails to attend classes without prior notice
  • Student is removed from the course due to misconduct or violation of institute rules
  • Student changes their mind after 3 days of course commencement
  • Technical issues on the student’s end (slow internet, device problems, etc.) for online students

5.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.


6. Attendance and Participation

6.1 Attendance Policy

Students are expected to maintain a minimum attendance of 75% to be eligible for the course completion certificate. Edulogy is not responsible for missed content due to poor attendance.

6.2 Make-Up Classes

Edulogy will make reasonable efforts to provide recorded sessions or makeup classes for students who miss classes due to valid reasons. However, this is not guaranteed for all courses.

6.3 Online Students

Online students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and appropriate device setup. Technical difficulties on the student’s end do not qualify for refunds or extended access.


7. Certificate of Completion

7.1 Eligibility for Certificate

A course completion certificate will be issued to students who:

  • Maintain a minimum attendance of 75%
  • Complete assigned projects and assessments
  • Fulfill all payment obligations

7.2 Certificate Validity

Edulogy certificates are issued by the institute and represent completion of practical training. They are not government-issued certifications unless specifically stated.

7.3 Certificate Reissuance

In case of loss of certificate, a duplicate can be issued upon request with a nominal reissuance fee.


8. Code of Conduct

All students enrolled at Edulogy are expected to:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
  • Not engage in any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination
  • Maintain discipline during classes (both physical and online)
  • Not share course materials, recordings, or content without written permission from Edulogy
  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts the learning environment

Violation of the code of conduct may result in suspension or permanent removal from the course without refund.


9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Course Materials

All course materials, videos, slides, handouts, worksheets, and content provided by Edulogy are the intellectual property of Edulogy. Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own learning purposes only.

9.2 Prohibited Actions

Students are strictly prohibited from:

  • Copying, reproducing, or distributing course materials
  • Recording classes without written permission
  • Sharing login credentials with third parties
  • Selling or commercializing any Edulogy course content

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.


10. Privacy Policy

Edulogy collects and uses student information for enrollment, communication, and service improvement purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page for complete details.

11.1 Acceptable Use

Edulogy provides career guidance, freelancing tips, and portfolio development support as part of its courses. However, Edulogy does not guarantee job placement or specific freelancing income. Career outcomes depend entirely on the student’s skills, effort, and market conditions.


14. Force Majeure

Edulogy will not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet failures, pandemics, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, Edulogy will make reasonable efforts to resume services as quickly as possible.

Edulogy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
